We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, including the management of machine parts, raw materials, and finished products.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, coordinating supply chain operations, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products to meet company needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team.
• Issue purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely procurement of goods.
• Track shipments, manage logistics, and resolve supply issues.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
